January 1 - 30
I enjoyed my first week of 2013 at home in Minnesota. I was still “de-christmasfying” the house, putting and packing things away for another year. Then, I was off to New York, Seattle, Vegas, Boston and Miami. What a busy month of travels. But some of my favorite cities. It was soooo awesome seeing everyone again!
While in New York I made time to head out to the Frick Museum, the J.P. Morgan Library, and the Strand Bookstore (OMG-18 miles of books!)I love reading history and biographies, so I’m aware of Frick and Morgan’s background. Frick’s art is amazing, and so breathtaking, along with the indoor courtyard. I definitely have to make time to go back to the Morgan Library, as it’s not the usual library. It’s Morgan’s personal book, art, and artifact collections. The vault of some of his most valuable books in his office is fabulous. He had some amazing old, very cool books. I could spend an entire day there. In between all my city hopping, I did get to enjoy some time home. January in Minnesota is typically cold, but this one we experienced our worst “cold snap” in 4 years. We had lots of snow also. Beautiful! I do love winter in the beginning of the season when its new, and hasn’t gotten long and miserable yet.
And it was funny too when I was shoveling and sweeping snow on my walk when several of my bra hooks completely ripped apart. I busted out of my bra and busted out laughing and it gave me an excuse to head in and warm up for a few minutes while I changed bras. Even though all my bras are custom made with industrial strength in mind, they just can’t figure out how to make them strong enough to support 60 pounds of boobs! Along with shoveling, I also made it outdoors to actually enjoy the wonderful winterland and even went out to do some topless sledding. You have to re-live your youth every now and again (obviously the topless part is a new thing). I haven’t been sledding since I filmed my At Home dvd. It’s such a free feeling to have your boobs out swinging in the crisp cool winter air!
January 31 - February 14
I began February in Ypsilanti, Michigan at the Deja Vu Club. It was my first time at this club, and I had so much fun! It wasn’t a huge club, but it was really cool with lots of energy and huge crowds. The weekend went by really fast, and before you knew it, I was home again for a couple of days. While in Ypsilanti, I had heard about Ron Jeremy’s hospitalization and health issues. I was so sorry to hear that, as I’ve known him for like 12 years, and have worked conventions and made appearances with him. He’s a very funny person and I can’t wait to see him again soon! I flew home on Sunday morning after no sleep from working very late the night before. I had to hurry home and prep for my annual Superbowl party. I had booked the club without realizing that it was the weekend of the Superbowl. I had told everyone that I didn’t want to cancel, but this year everyone should bring something to ease my cooking burden a bit. So I got home, threw some food in the slow cooker, prepped some other food, while I was still awake. Thankfully, I had cleaned the house before my trip. So I made sure I had about 3-4 hours to get a nap in. I managed to make it through the game without nodding off (those neat new commercials and the power outage during the game kept everybody attentive) and had a great time.
Next, I was off to Chicago for a quick stop before heading to the Deja Vu club in Lansing, MI. I had been here before so I knew what to expect including the dreadful fact that my dressing room is upstairs on it’s own, in a corner of the club. It’s only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase, in poor lighting. My bouncer kept laughing, each time I came down the stairs, I would be trying to see my feet (which everybody knows is impossible) and was having so much difficulty navigating the stairs! My breasts were as wide as the stairs and rails, I thought I’d get stuck, wedged in there by my boobs! Wouldn’t that be a site! Imagine that call if the firemen had to get me out. I was so afraid of tumbling down those metal stairs! Aside from that adventure, I had a wonderful time. It was sweet to see some of the same staff and the girls were so nice as usual.
February 15- 28
After Lansing, I had a few days home. Heard Kate Upton was the cover girl for the SI swimsuit issue. So excited for her! Us big boob girls have to stick together because it’s always good when big boobs are appreciated! Next I was headed across the pond again! I was so excited to again be visiting Zurich, Helsinki, London, and Paris! First, I was in Zurich for several days. Although everyone there complained about the cold, I thought it was absolutely beautiful! (Of course, I am a Minnesota girl, and had just left home with several feet of snow on the ground). I actually kept my hotel window open most of the time I was there. With my birthday just a few weeks away it was great to celebrate, being in Europe! After Zurich I went to Helsinki. I stayed in a different part of town than I had stayed in the past and really enjoyed the scenic drive. Everything was blanketed in fresh snow and was so beautiful! While in town I had a fabulous reindeer dinner! Then I was off to London, which of course, is always wonderful! I was fortunate to have friends in town and was able to make it out and enjoy some spectacular evenings. My funny incident in London was when I got off the plane and was in the customs line. I was busy filling out my customs card, and as I was just about to the front of the line, I looked over and there standing right next to me was David Hasselhoff! Wow! He’s much better looking and taller in person than I had imagined. It was a bummer we were in the customs hall, as they don’t allow any phones or cameras out. He had another man with him and they were conversing, so I didn’t want to interrupt. I just said a quick hello. Pretty cool I thought. It would also be cool to do a Baywatch shoot, and have a slow-motion run on a beach in a little red swimsuit!
From London I was so excited to head to Paris. I only had a couple of days there, but I managed to get out and see some sites and do some shopping. I also had two of the most amazing dinners of my life! And, the hotel was wonderful enough to gift me with a bottle of wine each day. So I was able to stay pleasantly buzzed and ecstatically nourished the whole stay. I had to get another bag while traveling to bring home my shopping and many birthday gifts (thank you everyone!), including some wonderful white Bordeaux, which I can never find in the U.S. But as soon as I get to Europe I’m always looking for it as it’s my absolute favorite wine.
Lots of love, big tit hugs to all, Chelsea Charms
